St. Patty's day came and gone and we all remember it. sad to say, being on a dry ship most of us forbade each other from mentioning Guinness or any other types of adult beverages. can't do much about that. yesterday was also the first full day of work (aka...stuff to do that not related to non-science). 9am to 11:30pm. felt good to expend the energy to do that. it definitely break me out of the monotony of ship board life without the prospects of ballroom dancing or shuffle board or some spa time. can't imagine sailing on a holiday cruise now. I think i'd be bored to tears....no I know i'd be bored to tears.
anyway...the work today will start at 10am local time.....we'll see how the day goes!
